Your Weekend Justice: The 2013 Year-End Edition

Audio Library

It’s Weekend Justice: the podcast that escaped 2013 by going over the wall in a balloon during the Carter administration. This podcast was engineered–some might say over-engineered–by experts to escort you from the work week in the most chaotic manner possible. Please note: this podcast is profane, definitely oversexed and definitely overwrought. It is wrong and unsafe. Especially so given this year-end, outtakes episode. Which is infused with even more alcohol and furniture-sex humor than usual. You have been warned.

Thanks to Jon from The Unique Geek for helping us sound good.

As always, special thanks go out to Clutch for letting us use their absolutely badass song, “Promoter (of earthbound causes)” as our theme music for this.

Duran Duran: Hungry Like the Wolf

It’s Weekend Justice: the podcast that nods and smiles and knew all along that the Mayans were just trying to ensure that they got lots of airplay on The History Channel at the appropriate time. Your Weekend Justice Outtakes Show for 2009

We’re back. And with this, we close the door on Weekend Justice 2009. They say when The Flying Spaghetti Monster closes a door, he opens a window. So just to be sure, if Weekend Justice 2009 tries to come in through the window, we plan on bludgeoning it to death once more and throwing it in the cellar.

Anyway, as last year, here’s a brief sampling of all the shit that winds up on the cutting room floor. As you’ve no doubt noticed if you’ve been a regular listener to the show–there’s not much we actually trim off. In fact, as time goes on, Podcast Bloat appears to be setting in. But oh well.

There’s a lot of people who contributed to our mayhem in 2009, including Aaron, Doc, Ken, Kim, Leigh, Rob, Rox, Scott, Service, Tee, Tuffley and of course Jon from The Unique Geek puts up with our crap–now on a weekly basis–and makes us sound good. Which is no mean feat. If I forgot to mention anyone, it’s not because they’re not appreciated, it’s because I have no brain. It’s the members of the Weekend Justice League that make this podcast, not me–I’m just glad I can somehow con them into showing up to record from time to time.

As always, special thanks go out to Clutch for letting us use their absolutely badass song, “Promoter (of earthbound causes)” as our theme music for this.

Buy Blast Tyrant, which is where you can find “Promoter”. Buy their latest album, Strange Cousins from the West. Send them love and coin.

Thanks to all of our listeners. What the hell is wrong with you, with have no idea, but bless you all the same. If you have not already reviewed us on iTunes, please do so. Those of you that have, you guys rock. Seriously.

So keep up the momentum. Tell a friend about us, blog about us, Twitter us, Stumble us, and Facebook us when you can. You are our friend on Facebook, yes? Anyway, more coming for 2010. Stay tuned.
