That's right, Filter is back, along with Blammo!, and Needcoffee.com to try to get you to win a copy of the latest Ren & Stimpy release, containing Season Five and whatever bits of Four that they neglected to include in the set before this one. So yes, seventeen episodes across three discs, with plenty of audio commentaries to suck away your time.
