My Advice: Buy it.

I Want That Body! is comprised by a series of three workouts, each targeting a different area of the body and totalling up to a complete workout package. Webb's workouts target, in turn, abs, arms, and buns, each workout geared toward toning the muscles in the given area with callisthenics and specific exercises. There are beginner's and advanced versions for each zone.

The features of this disk are quite solid, especially given how stripped down many exercise videos tend to be. The optional camera angles are a wonderful thing, especially for something like toning exercises than can really hurt your joints if you don't do them correctly. The menu and nutritional information isn't anything ground-breaking, but it is convenient to have everything packaged and ready to go. The tips for focusing on arms, abs, or buns are useful, as well, and the music-only version of the workout is great for when you've conquered the body positioning and just want the accompaniment playing to remind you as you go.

The instruction is solid and seems safe enough. Webb does her best to demonstrate each move, but the clumsier members of the audience will likely have to replay a few times here and there to really get the exercises down. It is also quite challenging; beginners might have to take it easy the first few times, but more advanced exercisers will find plenty here to motivate them and keep their interest. Webb is very inspiring, not only because she is a living advertisement for her routines, but also because her cheerfulness is encouraging without being grating or obnoxious. Her voice lacks that shallow, false chipperness that some exercise instructors adopt. When I'm exercising, the last thing I want is for some airbrushed, brain-dead Barbie to tell me that I can "do it", and Webb, while annoyingly attractive, manages to be human and friendly.

All in all, rotating these three workouts along with some cardio exercise would be a wonderful way to add variety and extend the effectiveness of anyone's exercise regimen. This disc is a solid addition to anyone's workout library, and a wonderfully produced package. Fifteen minutes a day seems little enough to trade for increased physical fitness, and if you're exercising because you do "want that body," then this just might be the disc to motivate you to get it. Any exercise regimen requires dedication, but I Want That Body gives you the motivation and the tools you will need to have the kind of physical health that you want.
