So we open tonight with a word from our sponsor. And I’m not sure what the shot is with this, to be honest. I can’t tell what the video is talking about when it says it was from the 1960s. It was put out in 1970 under different names in different countries and eventually in 1986 re-released and re-themed as a Real Ghostbusters game. Regardless, there are two commercials online and this one is much more interesting than the other.
Ah, the BBC Archive is such a treasure trove of material. Here we have a report from 1963 on a crypt filled with lots of skulls and the man who makes a study of them.
Then over to tonight’s feature: Trick or Treats. Peter Jason (Prince of Darkness) plays a man who wound up committed by his wife. Now a few years later, he’s escaped and wants a bit of revenge, as if to prove his sanity. Or…not. So the usual setup. Also look for David Carradine and Steve Railsback. Enjoy.
