Just found out this was happening and I’m looking forward to seeing it. A nice feature-length documentary on Sir Christopher Lee would be good after just blog lists of “26 Cool Things You Didn’t Know About Christopher Lee” and such making the rounds.
Here’s something I never knew was a thing: an interactive movie ride called Aliens: Ride at the Speed of Fright. Jeffrey Combs is featured which makes sense because it was directed by Stuart Gordon (Re-Animator). Based on an entry in the Alien Anthology wiki, sounds like your seat would vibrate and such to make you feel like you were in the action happening on screen. Sounds like it might have been amazing at the time. But it was the mid-1990s. It was a different world.
For tonight’s feature, we go Berserk! with Joan Crawford and Michael Gough from 1967. Accidental deaths start to pile up at a circus Crawford’s character runs…but are they truly accidents? Or could they be…murder?!? Enjoy.
