Haunted Mansion 2024
So we’ve discussed before how certain Disney park Haunted Mansions (or equivalents) get shut down and turned into a Nightmare Before Christmas/Haunted Mansion mashup. Apparently the Disneyland Mansion had a refurbishment that started in January…here’s a video of the re-opening from July 29th of this year. This is one of the few instances in which I think having Xmas decorations up that early should be legal.
Hosted by E.G. Marshall for the majority of its run, CBS Radio Mystery Theater went from 1974 to 1982. Here we have Richard Mulligan starring as a man who thinks he can repeat the past in “You Can Die Again.”
For tonight’s feature, we have The Vault of Horror anthology film from 1973. Wikipedia, which is always right, says that none of the stories adapted were actually from the EC Comic. They were mostly from Tales From the Crypt, which had its own movie the year before. Watch out in this one for Tom Baker, Denholm Elliott, Terry-Thomas and more. Enjoy.
