Ghoul Wrangler & The Abyss
Okay, so The Abyss…sci-fi and thriller more than horror, sure. I mean…unless you’re a thalassophobe like me, then there’s an aspect of horror to the whole thing. Especially the scene in question. This blew my mind when I first saw it and it’s on a level with the nose ring in The Thing.
And don’t worry, you don’t have to go find the clip. Here it is.
Now, let’s visit your friends and mine, Clutch. Music videos don’t always impress, but this one certainly does. It’s “Ghoul Wrangler” from their Book of Bad Decisions album. As I said on my show this weekend, make sure you spray your barn. You do not want a lawyer infestation.
Now we go to 1969 and La bambola di Satana or The Doll of Satan. A woman inherits her uncle’s mansion and of course it’s haunted because I think that was a law in Italy up until 1985. What follows: weird happenings, murder, and other hijinks. Enjoy.
