John Carradine plays a professor who has sent a crew down to the unexplored ocean depths. Due to an accident, they have to abandon their diving bell and wind up in an underwater cavern. An old crazy and murderous sailor lives in the cavern and they have to escape him and return to the surface even though low production values haunt them at every turn! Enjoy.
