32 Days of Halloween X, Day 17: Planet of Dinosaurs!

We’re now past the halfway mark for the tenth year of 32 Days of Halloween. Sweet Jesus, I need to get a life. But enough about that, let’s start with a very disturbing Halloween commercial from Japan. I’m not sure what is happening here but it is all vaguely terrifying. I watch this and I’m getting a Sid & Marty Krofft’s Lord of the Flies vibe.

Next, we go to a Tesco (UK retailer) commercial to see them basically terrorize a neighborhood. You might wonder I’ve decided to share this…listen up for the kid who has a plan how to get in and get the candy. That kid is going to go far in life. Mark my words.

Now, finally, we come to tonight’s feature presentation. Planet of Dinosaurs from 1977. When you’re out in space and you’re having trouble with your ship, it’s a good idea to land on an Earth-like planet. However, try to avoid the Earth-like planets that are like the Earth of millions upon millions of years ago, when there were dinosaurs everywhere. That’s your retro sci-fi safety tip for the evening.
