It’s Tracker, out on DVD from Lionsgate. And here’s what they have to say for themselves:

Starring Temuera Morrison (Green Lantern) and multiple award winner Ray Winstone (Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull), the classic “catch me if you can” style film follows a former soldier on the trail of a man accused of killing a fellow soldier. An Official Selection at both the Valencia and Toronto International Film Festivals, critics hailed the film and the lead actor, saying Winstone gives “a masterful performance” (Toronto Film Scene) in the western.

Just after returning to the country that he fought for, ex-soldier Arjan (Winstone) is sent on the hunt for an accused killer. These two men on opposite sides of the law – one an enforcer, and the other running scared – play a dangerous game of cat and mouse in the outback of New Zealand. When the accused is finally captured, the hunter soon finds that the hunted is innocent. Arjan is left with a life changing choice in which only one man can walk away alive.
