It’s Turbulent Skies, out from Anchor Bay on DVD. Here’s what they have to say for themselves:
In the film, a new era in commercial aviation is about to launch. The first passenger plane under the complete control of a state-of-the-art computer is about to undergo its inaugural flight with a high-powered passenger list of potential investors. Bereft of pilots, all goes well until a computer virus compromises the system, and takes the plane far off course. With the military threatening to shoot down the rogue plane, and the passengers literally prisoners of the air, the only hope of survival falls on the inventor of the aeronautical supercomputer to regain control of the plane and reprogram the computer – all he has to do is board the plane in mid-flight…
