Each week we like to start you off with something that will help you cope with the work week that is to come. Some weeks it’s pure, straight up WTF action. Some weeks it’s even more insidious than that. But just know whatever it is: it’s for your own good.
This week we found a video that works on so many levels, it’s just perfect. Is it a post-Halloween video? Yes. Does it involve kitties being playful? Yes. Does it involve wanton destruction and the promise of significant violence? Also yes.
That’s right it’s Big Cat Rescue and their annual video in which they get pumpkins–donated from places like Wal-Mart and churches and such, who have some left over after the season–and then give the pumpkins to their lions, tigers and leopards, etc. so they can be played with and then ripped to bits. And just in case you get lulled in by the aww factor, there’s a sequence where they’re all hissing at the camera, no doubt thinking your head is very pumpkin-shaped. Cute huge animals! Violence! Vegetable death! This sorbet’s got it all–use it to clear your mind!
