I’m assuming that is indeed David Rudman, current Cookie Monster, under the fur. And how much of his performance is improv I cannot say, but it’s brilliant nonetheless. Not unlike his Colbert appearance. And since Inside the Actor’s Studio was brought up in the vid, wouldn’t it be nice to see Muppet performers on there the same way they did the voices of The Simpsons?
