At Last, Hope for Jim and Others Who Have Run-Ins With Certain Werewolves

Okay, so not exactly. But they can now take lungs out of your body and keep them breathing and working for twelve hours while they check them out and give them a tune-up in prep to transplant them into somebody else’s body. This apparently since of the lungs that are up for transplant about 10% are “good enough to use.” Here’s the gah-inducing video (hit play once the logo’s finished–I hate autoplaying ones, so I turned it off):
