Just a headsup, in case you were wondering: at no point during the film do Gregory Peck, James Mason and Laurence Olivier have their heads merge into some kind of cranial monstrosity as shown. Nor does Olivier experience the other two actors combined as some sort of head tumor.
I hope this does not interfere with your desire to see the film as it actually is.
Well, as long as we’ve got that cleared up, it’s all good.
Gotta say, I liked the book much better. It had the time to play on the mystery of the story.
The film did indeed make me want to read the book. So that’s on the list. Wonder if there’s an audiobook…
