Last year ScottC was taking us through several versions of “Santa Baby” in search of yuletide lust. So going with more music this time around…well, here our American readers are going to be at a bit of a disadvantage. Geraldine McQueen is the creation of Peter Kay, and was featured in the show Britain’s Got the Pop Factor and Possibly a New Jesus Christ Soapstar Superstar Strictly on Ice in the UK. Which is possibly the most brilliant thing to hit television this year–and it didn’t air here in America. If you watch it you will see very quickly that it could never air here in America. You can probably *cough* find some of it, um, here.
She’s released a Xmas single with proceeds going to the National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (NSPCC). First her message, then after the jump, the video.
