In search of “creative freedom and audiences.” He’s there to scribe Extreme City, about “an American man who travels to India to help resolve a kidnapping case for his father-in-law, only to get caught up in a gangster plot.” But it isn’t assured to have musical numbers or be three hours long, apparently.
