Ken sent me over to the Waterstone’s story page, where they’re asking people to contribute stories no longer than 600 characters in length. Authors like The Neil, J.K. Rowling, Nick Hornby and Tom Stoppard (!) have done theirs.
Now, if you know my stuff, you know it’s hard for me to do anything in 600 words, much less 600 characters. But I threw together something because I couldn’t resist. Since there’s no direct link to mine, you can click the image there to see the full deal. And bonus–here I edited it and fixed my typo. Never, ever submit fiction at 4am. This is my advice to you. Learn from my stupidity, I beg of you.
