Scott sent me this. And if I lived in Toronto, I would shop the hell out of The Silver Snail, a comics store there. Why? Because they apparently do kickass storefront presentations.
The “pinnacle of the craft” is their version of Helm’s Deep from Lord of the Rings, starring the Muppets. Naturally, it’s now Ham’s Deep. Here, Sweetums the White and his forces stand against an onslaught of evil…penguins. This is such sheer genius that it brings a tear to my jaded geek eye.
