We at Needcoffee have reviewed some bad movies, especially bad horror movies. I even watched a Uwe Boll so-called movie once. We sacrifice our time and part of our sanity so you don’t have to. So we respect those who also toil in this not so sacred duty. And I really respect the crew at Night of the Living Podcast, a group of friends who put together an enjoyable show out of viewing such cinematic banality.
Every week, the show starts with Amy trying to deliver some horror news while the rest of the gang–Freddy, Matt, Kelly, and Andy–make sexually suggestive comments, go off on wild tangents, and engage in flatulence. Then comes Straight to Video Russian Roulette where one of the team takes a bullet and gives a review of a disc that should have stayed on the shelf at Blockbuster such as Plankton, Live Feed, and Evil Bong.
After this the show will usually have a feature on such topics as the awesomeness of Buffy: The Vampire Slayer, contingency plans for zombies, vampires, and Freddy Krueger, and how Rambo: First Blood is a horror movie.
This podcast is a lot of fun to listen to, even if you’re not all that into horror. Click here to check them out.
