Okay, I know what I want for Xmas now. And I know what every other male member of the staff is going to want as well. That’s right, it’s Foot Soldier, a piece of functional artwork by Yanobe Kenji, who I think might be our favorite artist. Ever.
He makes weird sci-fi dystopian-inspired survival sculptures. Or something like that. And they’re all wonderfully freaky. And he has a series actually titled “Weapons for Conquest.” How incredibly badass is that?
I want to have a rumble in the Needcoffee.com back yard with some of these things. And it’s only a matter of time before these guys nab Kenji as an artist-in-residence.
